Delivery Costs
For orders over £100
- UK Mainland – Monday to Friday – Free
For orders under £100
- UK Mainland – Monday to Friday - £7.95
- For non-UK mainland deliveries the charge varies by weight and destination. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
All deliveries will need to be signed for as proof of delivery.
If no-one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will take the items back to the depot and leave a card with further instructions.
It is possible to specify a place of work or neighbour as a delivery address.
Unfortunately we cannot specify a time of delivery, it will be between 8.00am and 7.00pm Mon – Fri We do not currently deliver on weekends.

If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you with the option of waiting or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Please do not enter a PO box number in the delivery address – use the full postal address.
